Thanks again gang and glad to be back.

Yeah... the doc's all said we, or at least I, had to stay off the bikes for a few days but it's been a bit cool and rainy anyhow and although we can dress for it, the 60-70 mph wind chill factor does play into it. I guess there will be no more riding up into the mountains this year... but look for us over by the ocean....lol 8)  8)  8). All Sherrie needs to do is say is "Saddle Up" and we're outta here  :D  :D

Like I stated previously, I'll be starting physical therapy at the Life Center Tuesday and I'm looking forward to it really.  I went through it 10 years ago when I had the quad bypass done and it made an unbelievable difference. I need it as I have gone a bit down hill the last couple of years as my legs were giving out and I wasn't getting the exercise that I should have although in reality, that was no excuse. There were other ways and means that I could have done. My point here is....hey gang.... don't make excuses... :0  :0

Looking forward to your visit Timmy.

Anyhow, thanks again to all of you

Bob and Sherrie

Gerald, do you have a recipe for Pitorro or do you buy it already flavored and aged?
