Well I'm outta the body shop and
« on: December 13, 2009, 05:30:30 AM »

all went well. I'm a little....well... a whole lot sore but given a few days, I should be in pretty good shape. I can already feel the difference and improvement in my left leg but in the groin area on the right side where they went in is a bit on the rough side.:emoticon: Oh well.... part of the process. Will be starting physical therapy Tuesday and that should bring some strength back. Not sure what they are going to do about the right side yet. One artery is 95% blocked. Just have to wait and see.

Take a little advice from an old man:) :) :) . Eat right, don't smoke and get plenty of excersize. I question myself quite frequently as to why in the hell I never took that advice, especially the smoking.:0 :0

Anyhow, thanks all for your concern, prayers and best wishs

Bob

Sooner or later, we all say the same thing. If only I had (had not)........ Then again, might have made for a dull life and, at our age, let's face it......it's way too late to start! Get well soon!  :emoticon:

That's great news Bob . Now take it easy for a few days , and then start looking for a new bike , this time , one without a motor . LOL Kidding aside , biking is good exercise , fun too. Now if this dang rain would stop. I'll get back to riding mine. kirby

Right Kirby, - kinda late in the year around now, but I go around 10 miles a day on my 10 speed, weather permitting, and I'm 69. Biking is VERY enjoyable, and yes, good exercise too.
