Gamo Big Cat

I see on the Gamo USA web stie that they mention a .22 caliber Big Cat, but there is no option to add it to your cart. So my question is do they really make the Big Cat in .22 caliber? I'm in search of a new rifle and I'm open to suggestions. I really don't have a must have in mind, it might be a PCP or a springer, just whatever moves me. I'm considering the Gamo Hunter Extreme too. I would love to have the Big Cat in .22 if it really exists.

I have been looking for that rifle also and 750 fps with lead not bad, if it shoots as good as my big cat in .177 it's a keeper.
Any one know were to get one at a deal of a price let us know!!!

I haven't heard of the BC in.22 but you never know what Gamo is up to these day's. The only problem in getting it would be the new trigger system on it, not GRT-III friendly. :0 I would take the Extreme .22 over the BC anyway, lot's more power and they can be tuned to tame the beast. There is also a piston seal and spring that can be used in the Extremes to tune them and I don't think they have converted the Extremes over to the new trigger system yet, surplus in stock. Ed

I would just stay away from the Gamo products. I just got rid of my Big Cat. It really requires about another $100 worth of work to get it to an accurate rifle past 25 yards. Gamo is just low quality.

That is true of a lot of guns though  Just about any of the China guns need work to make them shoot better.  In fact I think folks on here would say that most guns require some sort of tuning, lubrication, parts etc to make them really work well.

You are correct, but not to the degree of most Gamo rifles. The RWS 350 does not need to replace the trigger because of the massive creep. Gamos are just known for being a cheaper price and lower quality. The two are synonymous (cheaper and lower quality).
