Don't believe a word of this bs, - a "free license" - it's a COMPLETE load. ... Years ago I was a commercial fisherman, and charter boat owner also. Uncle Sam came in and wanted to regulate us, - but Uncle had no real control. - Solution, easy, - grant everyone a "free license" to fish, just sign up, and it's yours. - People are STUPID, - beyond belief sometimes. - Fast forward a couple of years, bingo, now you need this "free license" to fish. Guess what??? Now, Uncle adds a charge for this piece of paper, what a shock!!! And now Uncle has gone from "NO control" to "TOTAL control" almost overnight. - Now, Uncle can STOP you from fishing, - just pull you new piece of paper. - Go fishing and it's a heavy fine and/or jail time. - This is NOT about a scientific study, - it's a NEW/ADDITIONAL tax, and control and tax of a huge industry, - sport fishing. - This WILL NOT be restricted to a few states, that's only the start. Write/call your jerks in Washington, - try to stop this crap. - Once the government licenses you, - shows over, master has complete control. You can't do squat without that new piece of paper.
