FROM ACADMENY IS THE SAME STUFF?
FOR HEAVY DUTY PORTACTION WATER PRUFF?

OR IS THIS THE 1 THAT I MIX 50/50 WITH NEATFOOT OIL?

I couldn't tell you. It should say on the bottle what's in it. Last I recall, the formula is something like 1/3 neatsfoot. Or you can just use straight silicone oil. That's what I do.
