CRAZY WEATHER !!!!!

I don't know if the news up north is reporting this , but there is sleet and snow falling all over central Florida. We get a very short snow flurry every few years, but this is covering all of central Florida and is expected to last for hours.
 I know my GTA brothers up north are probably laughing at me right now, sitting at home with temperatures below freezing, and many feet of snowfall already this year, but this is record braking this far south. Stay warm,snookman

Yep....seen that on t.v everyday....seems a cold snap is coming down from the northwest all the way to the southeast.  Shots of ice covered oranges and other fruits fill the t.v screens heh heh......actually the farmers say that layer of ice protects the fruits better than if they're just in the cold....that's why they're spraying the fruits with water.

Up here in Quebec it's not so bad yet.....we've a cold snap (-12C and down) almost every week....but it only lasts 2 or 3 days.  Sometimes a cold snap lasts over 2 weeks....that happened in the mid-west (Alberta, Saskatwan, Manitoba and some States) a few weeks ago.  I think they had -50C windchills......

This is the COLDEST I have ever felt/seen here in South Florida. Its 52* here in Miami. I guess its toasty compared to everyone else North of Florida Its so cold here the iguanas are falling from the skys.

Last time we have snow in Jacksonville, Fl. everything shot down. Bridges can't be used and Floridians got no skill driving with snow.

Heh heh,,,,,watching the news as I'm typing.  In Fort Lauradale.....electric heaters are flying off the shelves.  And yes, they also shown those Iguanas falling off the branches of the trees.

As for the weather, it COLD as usual up NORTH, now you SOUTHERNERS know how we always feel this time of year ! hehehe

Never thought I needed a pair, but i am going to Wally World after work and buy me some thermal underpant thingy and gloves. Woke up at 5'oclock to walk the dogand it was 35* out, in MIAMI. I had to coach the dog to go potty n' pee in a hurry with bribes of doggy biscuits.Which worked!BRrRRrRRr!

Please note; All global warming has been delayed until next Summer. Due to the emergence of the "Climatgate" scandle, there has been a world-wide decrease in hot air coming from the global warming supporting scientists and politicians.  

In the meantime, try not to freeze your butt off !
