Has Customer Service Improved

I have been wanting to order a stock from Gamo for the last several months, but I couldn't seem to get anyone to return my emails so I decide to hold off on it. The last time I place a order with another company I had to what for several weeks to receive a different product because they didn't have the product I wanted in ( Just one more of life lesson learned-TALK TO SOMEONE FIRST!!   :emoticon: ).  Has anyone placed an order with Gamo in the last 3-4 months if so how is the Customer Service?

How is GAMO's   Customer Service ????    What CS ???  They even  have CS ???   CS is not alive and well at GAMO.  But I am getting off the topic.....CS is poor at best.

Thanks for the heads up, like i said earlier i wanted to know before i place an order and have to wait several months to receive my it.

Awful experience with CS at Gamo!!!! Too long a story to tell. Try and get any components you may need from other sources!!! Good luck!!

I purchased a replacement scope rail from gamousa.com and another mount from pyramydair.com on the same day. I received both components in the mail from different companies on the same day. It was roughly about 3 business days after making the purchase. I hope that helps although I did not contact them first. I just placed the order and hoped for the best.

renowntwo, if you find a part for sale on the Gamo site, go through the checkout process and everything is good...then you should get your part within a week(not counting saturday/sunday)if you are in the USA.



When I've ordered seals, sights, and rails from them...the parts came within a few days. I dont know about their gunstocks though. Strange they arent answering your emails...they always answer mine by the next day. Maybe their responses are getting caught in your spam trap(s).?

I ordered a scope rail just going through the check out procedure. No problem. I needed some technical advice and TRIED to contact CS. I wound up pulling the few remaining hairs out of my head!!!! Thankfully I found our little family here, and was good to go in about half an hour. It was like they couldn't be bothered. I've heard this time and time again with them.

Ordered some parts from the website and no issues; it arrives within a few days.  I never spoke directly with C.S. at Gamo.  But so far no issues with my Shadow 1000 and it was the most inexpensive way to get into AGs so I took a chance and it has worked out so far.
