No more BAM's???
« on: January 19, 2010, 04:25:36 PM »
Stephen Archer (Archer Air) posted on the Yellow that he talked to someone at the Shot Show and BAM's are not going to be imported into the US anymore. Xisco is no longer their distributor. Mike, you still going to be able to sell the B-series guns? This just doesn't sound logical. What's the skinny?

I read that on the "yellow" as well and I hope it's not true....

Will be interesting to hear from Mike M. and see what info he has on the issue,,, I'm sure if anyone will have the "dope" on this it'll be Mike.....

The other bad thing about this is that now I find myself constantly looking at the B-40 and wondering if I should order one now since they may not be around much longer..   What to do ?????

We'll just have to wait till Mike gets back from the shot show to find out just what is going on. Howie

I was pondering the clone of the Beeman R-9 as my next purchase.  Mike says it is pretty nice, especially tuned.

I have a B26-2 that I replaced the stock for the standard type. It shoots like a dream after I did a home tune on it. It was twangy before but shot groups under .5 in at 25 yards and as good as 3 in one hole at 35 yards. After the tune id dead thunks with no vibrations at all. Very recommended.
Mike
Mike, no the Other Mike!

The Guns all tuned by me.
Bam B26-2 .22 cal with Repaired Thumb Stock
BAM B26 .177 Sporter Stock (Tack Driver)
RWS Diana M34 Panther .22
Beeman RS2 .177/.22
