Ok, so the Mendoza will work, but the peep hole is a little too big and leaves a large margin for error. Adjustment range in any direction is great. Needs a scopestop behind it to prevent creep, because it does not have an integral stop. I also have the notch type Mendoza...but thats no better than using the builtin stock sights. In fact, the builtin stock optical sights arent bad at all.
So...my quick look into the Mendoza peeper installed on the stock rail....no good. Unless you wanted to experiment with somehow making the peephole smaller, then maybe it would be good.
