Wrong Barel Seal

I have a Hunter Sport, went to Gamo.com, web site said to order large.  Came in Saturday, wrong seals. To big and have a raised O-ring on one side.  The one I need is smaller thinner and the same on both sides.

Should I order the Medium?  I will call their CS Dept tomorrow.  Fingers crossed...

Called CS today and a very nice women answered the phone and told me that Medium was the correct size for the "version"of Hunter Sport I had. (which I like)  There sending the right ones out right away and told me not to worry about sending the ohers back.  I told them I was so happy with their Customer Service that I would send them back anyway.  And so I did.

Not bad for my first dealings with Gamo.

I also think I've made up my mind to have Gene Turbo tune my Hunter Sport.  The golden trigger got me hooked, now I want it all...

Eric, good to hear that you had sucess with the GAMO corp.     Right now I am looking at 2 BigCats and they use 2 different breech seals.  I don't know why.    So it is not surprising that your AG is using something different than what is considered as "normal" for that  particular AG model.

I see that you are new , so welcome aboard.

Keep posting and  keep  asking questions.

Eric, a big welcome to the GTA forum and family.  Happy that you got good results with dealing with Gamo.....maybe somethings are changing for the better over there!!!!  Most of the time they don't answer their emails or their telephone line is always busy.  And I'm surprised they send out parts now......used to be they'll tell you to SEND THEM your airgun.......
