That' a nice piece of wood you got there Howie. Not my taste in stock shapes, but I can see you do some very nice work... and anything for a lefty grabs my attention.
Ever done an FT stock for a HW97K... and if you don't mind me asking, what kind of money are we talking about here?

If you'd prefer, you can PM me with any info you'd care to provide.

Cheers,
C

This is the first Dragon I've done but Paul wanted a new walnut stock with the tyrolean type cheakplate and the thumbhole  as well as raising the comb to help wen using a scope in a lefty, That said I had him send me his old stock and some pictures of the rifle in the action so I could use the pictures to get the size and location of some stuff. like LOP ect. I do like to make the stocks out of 2 pieces of walnut laminated together so if their is any tendency to warp using 2 pieces  of wood helps to cancel the tendency to warp. I use marine epoxy glues the strongest glue their is. I've got over 55 years in woodworking a lot of it in wooden boat work as well as houses and cabinets . I don't see any problem with building a stock for you , I will PM you with a quote.
