dont worry my wife knows, i feel likwe a ton of bricks fell on me on friday i was writing when i had pains on my chest then my hands started to mangle and my mouth statred to move and my speech went slurged i couldnt believe it .my wife caught me on my keyboards and gave me bayer that saved me ,seems like it wasnt my time.i i really love u guys i have a laptop that sucks but im communicating with my family which is u guys.the doctors r great ,i told my doctor to send me home cause my family and dogs need me and of course my airrifles also need to be shot ,they r telling me that im 207colestrol and my stress level is high my blood prssure is good cause i eat fish vegatables,fruit,no rice ,no potatoes ,no pork,no beef just a little but alot of fish.im sorry to tell u but im biplolar and i catch anixeityattacks burt they said that i probably caught a aniexty attack which raised the blood pressure and caused a slight stock and i was lucky i eat good and for the fact my wife gave me a asprin bayer saved me i think its time for a vacation out of nyc the doctor told me this state has a high rate in anixety but my blood pressure is always low and i lost 11lbs in a month i weigh 199lbs but im5'8"that to much weight im 43 going on 44 in april and still have black hair (im lying)hey i tried hehehei need to buy a blender but withmy unemployment checks i pay rent and stay with 27 dollars a week and thats to givemy son for school maybe i may have to sell my benji 1971 which i think it might be older like 1961blue streak it doesnt have c or cb on it but its very accurate holds air and its powerful they dont make them like this anymore .hey i love my springers and i will find another way of getting a blender or juicer but for now i use my hands .my doctor told me to relax at home and to shoot airguns when he say so..what ?you cant keep me away from airguns of my family what he dont know is that i dont have them home they r upstate and my aunt aint gonna lend me the car at all.thats crazy i cant watch t.vall day .my son and wife told me that many were worried and that u guys were praying for me thats what i call family as i see u guys care and im so out of words and cant describe how i feel for u guys.. but this forum is real and i could never ever forget what each aND EVERY PERSON HAS DONE FOR ME .this is the best airgun forum ever and thanks to your prayers im ok i love you guys and i hope i meet all u guys one day or at least 50 percent maybe the people who live in nys even long island cause i will travel to shoot with u guys and i would pay for a hotel to stay in as l9ong we meet i will travel as a marine i have learned to adapt to any weather and ground to sleep in..im gettin my meds so ill see u guys later ...God Bless mmy brothers from a friend jorgie porgie ..

A.Like they taught you about team work in the service, you have to take care of "number one" so the team (your family) can do it's mission. If you don't take care of yourself, you can't help anyone else.

Sorry to hear about your health problem 380, - no doubt stress could do something like that. - Have a "suggestion" - when you're "back on your feet" and have your doc's ok, - buy a 10 speed, seriously. Weather permitting of course, - use it EVERYDAY!!! - Get yourself up to 8-10 miles a day, - you'll end up loving it, and miss it on days you can't use it. Not to mention you'll feel, and be - 200% healthier. - Best of luck, - and keep us informed. - (Yes, I follow my own advice, and I'm 69)

A fish diet can be a wonderful thing. I am Mr. Top Sirloin but I truly love seafood and don't consider it punishment! I want to see you around here for a long, long time.
