Sorry to hear about your health problem 380, - no doubt stress could do something like that. - Have a "suggestion" - when you're "back on your feet" and have your doc's ok, - buy a 10 speed, seriously. Weather permitting of course, - use it EVERYDAY!!! - Get yourself up to 8-10 miles a day, - you'll end up loving it, and miss it on days you can't use it.
