Funny you should mention the FTS pellets, I was curious also

............... I was just in the "Library" using the Pellet Energy Calculator and these are the results....
For the 19.5 gr FTS pellets I took a guess and figured they might fly around 700 fps..... that came out to an fpe of 21.22
As for the other pellet weights that Mike mentioned here are the FPE #'s
17.7 gr pellet @ 770 fps = 23.2 fpe
27 gr pellet @ 590 fps = 20.87 fpe
I agree, not bad numbers. I'm thinking of getting one but have some thinking to do. I keep thinking that my .22 Condor is currently giving me 46 fpe with Kodiaks,, 62 fpe with 28 gr Eunjins and 64 fpe with 32 gr Sam Yangs..... and giving me ragged hole groups with those numbers.... so I'm trying to decide if there's any hunting advantage for me in ordering the .25 cal B-28.
I don't own any .25 cal springers and it would be nice to have one but I'm not sure what to do. I also keep thinking about the "soon to be in stock" .25 cal Marauder which I's also like to get...... Hmmmm,,, what to do
AS for taming down the shot cycle I didn't ask about that and Mike didn't mention,,, good point though..
