wont a box of 1250 pellets from the sheer weight deform pellets on the bottom???? How can these be so accurate?

You get deformed pellets in any container. I have been buying those box's for years now. They put foam on the bottom and on the top. Hope that helps.

Another thing is those Premiers are harder than pure lead pellets and just don't deform very often,I generally have to step on them to pick up a pellet with a deformed skirt.

I bought 4 boxes of the .22CP domes.....only went thru one box so far....didn't have a single deformed one.  Even the .22 or .177CPHPs or the domes in the tins didn't have any bent skirts.  I think the CPs use some kind of alloy to make their pellets harder.  The regular cheap Wads and Domes sometimes have a very few bend skirts.

Yup what Jeff and Gene said about the padding,not sure what they`re using, tin or antimony in the alloy but I find they really take a good squeeze before they deform :)
