Is that a home made cheek rest? If not where did you buy it?

Hey Gene,

It's a Black Hawk adjustable cheekpad and can be had for $25.  Add something worth another $5 and you've got free shipping too. It's very comfortable and worth the money.  Here's a link:

Gene, I have the same cheek pad on my Hammerli 850 - it works very well. It has 3 inserts to adjust the height. My only complaint is that the outer "skin" is some kind of vinyl and I would prefer softer fabric.

Thanks Chris for your input. I would prefer cloth or rubber also. A couple of my springers seem to have a lower comb and I need a lift..:) The comb pad would be easy to swithch between guns if need be. Some day when I am rich I will just have Timmy make a custom stock for all the ones I love to shoot...:)
