Got a new B-26 last night. It was 8:30 pm. Cold. Windy. Sleeting with Rain. I had given up it being delivered Tuesday as promised. Unable to do anything with it except open the box and check for any obvious damage. So far it appears to be a nice rifle.
After takeing a cloth to it this morning and doing what we all do for a new AG, I took it outside a few minutes ago and fired a few pellets. With the open sights it is pretty accurate. And the trigger, now that is something else. Takes very little pressure to fire the AG. I will not be messing with that trigger. However, it sure is capable of aiding in some good groups.
Sometime soon I will most likely be setting a scope on it. But for now I am just going to shoot pellets until I get blisters on my fingers and sore arms.
Dang.....forgot to say.....177 calibre.
Thanks for reminding me LIH.
