Gene I dont know if these guys are still around or not.. I have tried emailing them a few times in the last month or so with no response. And that webpage there is a bit dated from what I can tell. And also lol I have a real hard time going to any gun site that advertises foot fungus stuff at the top of their webpages hehe.

LOL, John..... I can understand the toe nail fungus thingy.. It got my attention when I found that site.. Looks pretty grose to me also..  Funny thing though, alot of us who served in Viet Nam got that stuff and it took me a couple years after I got back before I got rid of all the fungus I picked up over there.. lol

Hey Gene, more than we wanted to know buddy, but thanks for sharing. Maybe that's why Fritz doesn't like you.

Just kidding and thank you for your service.

My question is: "What do we know about Pelletrap?" I almost bought a b-20 from them awhile back, got a funny feeling about the website and company and scrammed before they could get my CC info.

Just remembered what made me nervous...I couldn't locate any contact info on their web-site.

Their deals are better for most folks, but Pellettrap and myself are both located in the same state. Therefore, sales tax cancels out any benefit to me. Although not knowing who they are and how they do business, one could loose more than sales tax.

I'm not saying that it is a nefarious organization. I just want to know who we are dealing with before sending them my money.

Any input would be appreciated.

Hey Dookie..... My rule of thumb is if there is no phone number, I do not do business with dim.. I was just doing a search on the B-40 and came up with this site. Never really heard good or bad about them..

Apparently SportsmansTarget is also in Katy Texas west of Houston. Thats where I got the B26-2 from and they were on the ball good service with actual emails from people not computer generated.

Well, you may have a piont there ol buddy...:) If he keeps his Co2 in the house or the Co2 air rifle or gun that is, and warms up the loft a bit with that old pot belly stove he has out there in the loft, he might get some Co2 shooting in during the winter..:) But when you see those pellets just floppin out the barrel it is time to pick up the old reliable springer or PCP..

Ya Ed told me he heard that a PCP valve will freeze up where he is, but I have never read that on a forum anywhere.. Besides if he uses a filter with his pump, he should not get any moisture in the chamber when he fills the PCP up.. Hmmmmmmmm,, I wonder which one would freeze first anyway out  in the cold....???  Ed or his PCP?  hehe

Not for me...I have to pay sales tax AND shipping.

Road trip maybe, let's see, nine hour drive, fuel is almost $3.00/gal, hmm...Nope.

And to think, there are times when we brag about how big Texas is.

I went back to check out the "Pellet Trap" website again and found something that looks like contact info. They have an "Inquiry Form" where you type in your info to include your e-mail then wait for them to get back to you.

Still seems a little iffy to me. Maybe if it didn't have "trap" in the name, I wouldn't be so suspicious.

Well I really like the look's of the QB78 and it's a great deal. I would only be hunting with her in the summer, the winter's would be spent in my cozy shop and resting in my nice warm gun display. She would freeze up before me in the winter hehe. Ed

I think.....
I believe pellettrap is the Importers retail web site.
That web site is old try here
http://new.pellettrap.com/index.cfm

Down at the bottom of the page I found a web address for Xisico.USA
On the Xisico page I found this

Xisico USA, Inc.
16802 Barker Springs, Suite 550
Houston, TX 77084
USA

Tel: 281-647-9130
Fax: 208-979-2848

The Site has a Web maintenance Company with a Houston ,Tx address.

I had called the Xisico number a long time ago. I actually got ahold of some one. They told me that they are the sole importer for BAM, Techforce , and Xisico.

Pellettrap is supposed to be their retail site.
