Harbor Freight has one that looks exactly like this one. Got mine for the same sale price as here 2 years ago and it's still very accurate, as measured by my Starret standard. Good deal!

Travers has one on sale also for $20.00 that measures in inch, mm as well as fractional. Little machine shop has a good deal but by the time you pay the shipping you are better off buying locally if they are available. That is a very common leader item in a lot of places. Fortunately I have a Travers distributor near me as well as Harbor Freight. They like Gene...lol...

Yeah Gene, just a couple of miles away. Just gotta watch the quality sometimes, but if it's for something you only use occasionally, It's perfect.(Sure beats the Snap-on, Matco, Mac stuff I buy for work!)

And that's a BAD thing??? hehehe

I've been collecting tools ever since I was about 13. I've got 2 rollaway's full of Mechanics & engine builders tools and a craftsman rollaway top box full of my machinists stuff. You can NEVER have too many tools!
