Whats a good filler to put in my Gamo stock... anything to help deaden the "twang" sound when shooting?  thanks..

Chopped up foam, like from a pillow. I bought a bag from Hobby Lobby and it was enough to do several guns.

Pack it in as tight as you can get it. I also put a big bolt ( 5 or 6 oz) to add a little weight to the stock.

What ever you end up putting in the stock, make sure you can take it out easily in case you ever have to.

I few of us here use Memory Foam to fill the stock which does help with vibration that travels from the action into the stock but the best way to rid the shooter of the twang is to give it a tune. A good tune will remove the twang along unwanted vibration from the action when the airgun is shot. Ed
