RS2 Piston

Is there anyway to modify the piston to use apex seals instead of the seals with the screw hole in the middle ?

I haven't seen one firsthand but if it's like several shooters I've done you may need to machine a piston button that excepts the screw and upgraded piston seal. Hopefully some of the family here will jump in with some more helpful info for you. :) Ed

Is that gun the same as the TF 89/Titan?

If so, maybe Compasseco has replacement piston seals.  (A Macarri seal would be nice, tho...)

BTW, I bought a seal button from http://www.airgunsmith.com last year - it was for a B3, very reasonably priced ($6 I think).  Buying from his website is confusing, however.  Does anyone else machine buttons for general use like this?

Yes you can machine a button like Ed said to adapt for a JM seal. But you must make sure that you keep the same overall length with piston and seal attached. Very critical or you will either lose FPS or bottom the piston out.
