Here, get you a big ol' batch of O rings at Harbor Freight.

I bought the Viton set for about $6.95. They work great in AR1000 AGs.

Sorry...I thought that was a P5 and also sold as a 5G Magnum. But...you never know...it still might work. The dimensions for a #78 plumbing size are as follows:

7/16OD X 1/4ID X 3/32W

Walther Falcon.25, Shadow.177, Shadow Express.22, Whisper.22, CFX.177/.22, B3AK.22, B3.177(x2), B4.22, B21.22, B26.22, Diana350M.177/.22, Beeman1073.177/.22, Hammerli Storm.22, Hammerli X2.177/.22, BeemanP1.177, P3.177, P17.177(x2), Diana5G(P5).177, Diana LP8, Browning800, BenjiHB22, Crosman1377, Marauder.22

If the #78 oring doesnt work, can you accurately measure the OD/ID of the breech? And then post your findings here. I've got quite a few oring plumbing size specs that we might be able to match up.

Yup I got some #78's on the way home, and it seems to fit ok.

But the gun needs to be rebuilt apparently.
The pellets get stuck in the barrel.
The cocking does not feel smooth, and the barrel does not lock up solid.
It moves up and down and left to right a little.
The bore looks perfect.

A friend gave it to me. He bought it new in 84.
I hear Umarex restores them for $150,
And it takes a spring compressor like device to work on it from what I read.

Thanks for the help

Yeah, I tried measuring it, and pulled up a O-Ring chart on-line.
But I wasn't sure i was getting the right numbers because the o-ring was not its original size.
Thats when I posted the question here. Why try to figure it out if someone knew already, i figured.

Thanks for the Help
