Hunting Bulbul birds in my back yard
« on: March 22, 2010, 10:24:32 AM »
Red vented Bulbuls are registered pests here in the 50th state. I get tired of them eating my papayas before they are fully ripe. I have shot over 50 of them this year and the population doesn't seem to be thinning out at all. Today I shot this one from 20 yards in the head. I prefer to use my HB22 with red-dot because they only need 2-3 FPE to kill and are only 10 to 20 yards away.

Nice shot with your pistol.  If they`re legal and they`re a pest.....keep on whacking them.
