If I'm not mistaken, that metal piece is the tab that the rear stock screw goes through that is broken off from the trigger group. How hard are you cocking your rifle? I believe the other small piece has broken off from the inside of the plastic end cap allowing it and the trigger group tab to to fall off the back of the action. Looks like you've slammed the barrel down pretty hard when cocking it. I know because I'm guilty of doing the same thing to a very similar made rifle. If I'm correct about the trigger group tab, then you may as well order another one, build a spring compresser and get ready to perform a repair. For a schematic of the rifle, go to the library and look at the B18/B-19 parts lay-out. Again if I'm correct, you should be able to purchase the parts from Crosman since most of these guns and parts are identical with these models. Good Luck, tjk
