Who Has Reached the END of their Short List ?

I'm pretty sure that I have reached the end of my short list !



I have always been a practical person, and always bought just what was needed for the job at hand. Now I have even went to the DARK SIDE sooner than I expected ! A good deal can't be ignored you know :o



There is always the possibility of NEW and IMPROVED air guns showing up tomorrow. So I can't tell what the future will bring, but today, I believe that I have reached the end of my addiction :p At least until a real good buy comes along :emoticon:



So have any of our members reached the END of their SHORT LIST also ????

I think I am done for awhile...Considering I've Purchased a .22 Disco/Pump, And .22 Marauder in the same month! :D

that is like $1,000 really fast.. a lot more than I wanted to spend, but I'm just thinking of all the enjoyment shooting I am going to get. I Love the disco so much that I had to get its big brother.

I bought a .177 Disco, and love the looks of the Mrod ! But I must learn to crawl before I start running !



But I'm afraid that I might like this DARK SIDE stuff, so who knows what the future will bring !

LOL...I wasn't expecting to be consumed by the darkside so quick, But I guess one you get spolied you get use to the ease. Especially when you are shooting side by side next to a springer, and they have to cock after every shot ( as I was this past weekend). Honestly my family doesn't understand why I like airguns so much...and I don't dare tell them how much they cost :p

I just explain to them it's a hobby just like any other( working on cars,fishing,hunting,etc.) and then I give them a knock out blow and say "Airgun shooting is even in the Olympics!, and it takes skill." that normally shuts them up :emoticon:  :emoticon:

My short list is either Marauder/Whisper. Most of my gun purchases are because of a deals I couldn't pass up.

Asking that question Bill, is like saying I have finished looking at everything on the Internet...:) :) There is never an end to the short list buddy..:) There is always another gun that you will want.. hehe ... And with what you have taught me so far, and sold me, I,m just an air gun junkie, looking for my next air gun fix.



I guess that with this past weeks overdose, I'm feeling really high ! But ounce this fix has passed, I,ll be back with a new short list :o



And I know that I haven't seen every air gun yet, and I wont until I visit your home ! :)

Speaking of addiction...I'm afraid I'm nowhere near the end of the "list"...I just thought I was. After buying a few air rifles, always going up in quality, you understand, I HAD to have TX200, so I got one. Then I HAD to have an HW97K,  so I got one. Then i told myself that I had all that I would ever need...yeah, right! It suddenly occured to me that all my rifles were in .177 caliber so naturally I HAD to have something in a .22. So I purchased a TF89 Contender. Of course I haven't had the time to properly zero all of em yet...the weather is against me now but that's Missouri for you. The trouble with that is it gives one too much thinking time. It has now come to my attention that all my rifles are springers....no gas piston. That may be next on my "short list" if there really is such a thing.

With only 3 airguns - HPA's 850, Mrod and B26 for when I run out of air. To be honest, I don't have a list right now, other than some pellets and accesories. My last purchase was the Mrod last July. That's right, I have NOT purchased a new rifle in over 6 months!

I am in the market for a cheap rimfire though....

I lost my short list. I don’t remember what was on my short list. Sooooo……

I buy whatever tickles my fancy when I have two coins to rub together and hope it was on my short list.

I hope I never find my short list. I would hate to find out I’ve been buying the wrong guns all a long.

Buthave a very good springer for everything I do with air guns, and I shoot them very well !



And now I have gone and joined the DARK SIDE !!!!! That should keep me busy for awile :)



But as I said, when a good sale comes along ? Or when the next batch of "new" models comes out, that finger of mine may be a twitchen again :p



But for now I'm just lookin :o
