« on: March 25, 2010, 03:42:30 PM »

Ok I ordered two parts kits for my B3 got them both in today and when I opened them up the springs are two different sizes!?!?

spring1is 10 and 5/8

spring 2 is 10 1/8

and the spring that came out of the gun is 10 1/4

the used spring is longer then one of the springs they gave me?!?! something just doesnt seem right... Here is a pic with the three springs together... the top two are the new ones and the bottom came out of the gun....

Those China springs may very in size at times but will work just fine. Use the longer one on top the center one look's it already took a set in a shooter. You can always try each out and check the performance out in each spring. If you have a chrony that will give you a real good idea on what the spring's doing. Ed

You may have gotten a B2 kit. I ordered 3 B3 kits from South Summit and they sent me 3 B2 kits by mistake. I called them up, and they then sent me the B3 kits in the end. The replacement B2 springs are shorter than the replacement B3 springs.

How do you tell if you got a B2 kit??? The seal replacementsare brown leather, and on the sideof the boxit says QF-2B2.

The B3 kits...on the side of the box it says QF-2 or QF-2B3...and the B3 iswritten in pen ink.
