Bushnell scopes
« on: March 26, 2010, 06:32:48 AM »
:emoticon: remember awhile back we all talked about air gun rated scopes from wally world  just to let you all know and I've said this many times these scopes are not airgun! :0  even though I've bought them just like the rest of you have and I know better but anyway, I just thought I'd let you all know I just broke another one :: The Buschnell 3x9x40 for 69.95$ this one not only broke the crosshair but broke the glass from the recoil of my tuned Walther Force 1000 refurb which I'll be selling this weekend by the way, so buyer bewhere! :emoticon:

That does not surprise me Mark. The Walther Force is a club...:) It will break any scope. Have you had it appart and seen what they put in there?...:) I would find some good sturdy iron sights and have them welded in place, and then you still may break the welds...:)
THE ONES I SLEEP WITH: BSA Lightning XL, AA TX-200, AA ProSport, BSA Ultra, HW-97K, Crosman NPSS .177, FX Cyclone, HW-30 Nicle Plated, AA-S200, Crosman Marauder, CZ-634, R-9 DG, Webley/Scott UK Tomahawk, Benji Kantana, Benji Marauder, Benji Discovery.....

Bushnell have a lifetime guarantee on their scopes.....package it and include a $10.00 check and ship it off.  It`ll take about 7 weeks (If I remember correctly) to get a new one or a repaired one back.

Not really about Bushnell scopes, but I put a Daisy 3x9 with B-square rings on my refurb. and after about 2500 shots it outlasted the spring. Now to take her apart and start over again. Any advice on spring and seal? Oh yeah, really like the adjustable trigger on the Walther.
