"In a statement, the FCC said it remains "firmly committed to promoting an open Internet and to policies that will bring the enormous benefits of broadband to all Americans" and "will rest these policies ... on a solid legal foundation."
Maybe they should focus on getting "the enormous benefits of broadband" to the rest of us, before deciding how the carriers are allowed to run their businesses. If they would open some spectrum for rural broadband they would be doing more for the tax-payers. They don't need Congress or the courts to take that step.
