New gun!
« on: April 09, 2010, 05:45:05 PM »
AA S410 ERB .22 caliber!

Not going to go into it very much, just telling ya'll. Due to none stop rain and wind I did not set up targets yet to test grouping, was just plinking out to 60 yards with great success.

Power wheel is on half, 200 bar fill I get 40 shots down to 150 bar.

Here is some pictures -

Will test out accuracy etc.. on a nice day.

Very nice gun.  At its highest power, is it as quiet as the Marauder?

Thanks.

It sounds a little louder to me, my Marauder has a depinger in it so it's pretty much dead silent.

All I hear is a ping and the impact.

I will do some 50 yard groups once I get a better scope on it.

This BSA 3-9x50 has a target dot in the center.. I tired to do some grouping but it's kind of hard to determine if my wind / elevation is 100% perfect. But I'll try.

I did put some lids of some old pellet tins out at 60 yards, they are no bigger than.. 1.5 inches perhaps. I hit them every time once I learned my hold over.

Congratulations  on a very nice gun Matt. They are extremely accurate. I had very good luck with a mil dot on mine for those long shots.  Keep us posted.

Thanks Gene, they are indeed extremely accurate.. too bad the dot in the center of my scope is too large!

I am getting a SWFA 10x42 rear focus or another Hawke Sidewinder 30 8-32x56..

Decisions, decisions..
