well i got my chrony yesterday  f1- red , set it on a old table  grabbed a assortment of pellets and the xl1500,  i  loaded the rifle first with crosman premier hollow points ,  shot three shots through it and i smelled something funny like hot or melting wires   and it quit!!! lol been wating several weeks for this thing .  any ways it is on its way back. the 3 shots i shot through it were 1368  1382 and 1361  whether it is right or not  i don't know  but i will get back at you when it gets back.  david
