I wonder if you canfile multiple claims... I think I have gone through a few lawnmowers in that time spand... Just picked up another one yesterday..

2 weeks ago I got a letter in the mail from the attorneys filing the class action lawsuit telling me I was eligible to file as a claimant since I had purchased 2 lawn mowers that qualified for the terms of the suit.

I got a post card too and the lawnmower I got several years ago is listed. Wonder when and how much the "refund" will be ?

A number of years ago, I recieved notice of another class action refund I was eligable for. It dragged on in the courts for years.  

In digging to see how, what, and when,I found out that  after the lawyers took there percentage of what the court ordered the settlement to be, and then there were so many other people in the class to divide up the remainder, that my share would only be a few dollars. With all the time I spent on the phone trying to get answers, I made just under minimum wage !!!
