Gentlemen its starting to get obvious I have a little bigger customer in my area now. Last week I shot some grackles and one was taken. I waited till after dark to pick up the bodies of the fallen grackles and found feathers where one had been hit and dropped then more under the fig tree. I inspected the next day and no signs of what it was or where it came from.
Yesterday as I headed out the door at 545 for work, got to the end of the drive and my trash can was knocked over. I dont have time for that crap. Picking up trash when im supposed to be going to work.
Luckily the way my yard is set up I have 2 spots to hide in and shoot from to cover the trash can area. Ones a patch of pine trees and flowers about 20 yards to the rear and the other is about 15 yards to the side. SO hopefully with the 2 different spots I can find one down wind of the target. Tha fig tree I can stake out from the comfort of my wifes computer room that 2nd's as my sniper nest. Little bait and sit in the comfort of my own home. Just have to wait till my wife is working another weekend so I can sit there unharrassed. She threatened to ground me from my "bb guns" last week. lol I turned around laughed at her then took aim and dropped another grackle.
Anyway back to the matter at hand. I figure the trash will work as bait at the end of the driveway and I have about 7-8 grackles in the bait freezer outside that will do just fine back by the fig tree. Any tips from the pro's here to help me tailor my efforts and not waste alot of time would be helpful. Oh yeah we are gunna see what that 350 can do.
