GAMO HUNTER 220, STOCK UPGRADE
« on: April 28, 2010, 11:27:25 AM »
Its only a year old but wouldn't mind upgrading the stock any suggestions. I ordered a trigger last year and got it quickly but have not put it in. Purchased a busnell scope the other day ( my eyes ain't as good as they used to be) and some Burris high rise rings which where stupid expensive as all they had. Never had gun stored quite as nice as should have and stock a little scratched up. Where can I find a replacement upgrade. And am I going to hate the rings and scope and should have ordered something else?

Gene's suggestion is a good way to go if you don't want to spend the money for something hand made or custom. It's a four screw swap out. Here's what my 220 looks like with a 440 stock.
