Shadow Sport takes a G-squirrel
« on: May 01, 2007, 05:19:50 AM »
Came home from lunch today and as usual peeked out into the field in the back yard. Sitting on my fence post was this guy, we call em ground squirrel's out here. Well from my laundry room blind to the post is 40 yrd's, it's were I do my quarter shot'. Pulled the Shadow Sport out of the gun rack, chambered a Gamo Hunter and seated myself at my blind. He was just sunning himself so I pulled down the crosshair's on him and let it fly . The impact knocked him off the post and into the tall grass in the field, took me a couple to find him. The Hunter passed right through him, just a little guy hehe. Ed

It's nice when airgun, shooter and setup come together and that's what's so addicting about airgun hunting, make it or miss it.Ed
