2250 camo started
« on: May 14, 2010, 09:55:15 AM »
Finishing up on Pindog2000's Walter Talon camo and working on his second shooter. The 2250 is going under the camo knife also but takes a little more time since I can't use my trusty gun swivel paint rack to spin and apply camo. All the part's need to hang as I'm applying the camo design and a section has to dry to the touch to lay more camo. This is the base or background camo for Violet camo to be laid on top. The stock/grip is shown along with the little forstock section. The pistol itself is under primer, want it to be fully dry and the shroud for the barrel is sticky wet with base camo so no pic's yet. You always primer any kind of paint work if you want it to hold up and it bonds the paint to the metal or plastic better. Oh here's some more pic's the Violet flowers are on along with the second coat of clear, been getting after it.:0 All that's left is to finish up the pistola let all cure and assemble for pic's. Ed
