Can somebody tell me what the difference is in
« on: May 19, 2010, 04:42:07 AM »
A RWS 48 and a RWS52?
They are both side lever guns.
I know the 54 airking has the fancy recoiling bedded action.
But to me the 48 and the 52 look identical.

No expert here but the 48 and 52 arepretty muchthe same except the stock on the 48 is plain and on the 52 the stock is checkered and has a cheek rest. I believe they are both beech. Mark

Airguns of Arizona currently has the Model  52 on sale for about $110 less than the model 48. The stock is the difference. The side cocking is a nice way to go for many of us.

The stock on the 52 is also an inch longer - depending on your size, might make a difference
