Discovery pump for other rifles?
« on: May 31, 2010, 07:20:23 PM »
If I get a Benjamin Discovery pump can I use it for other air rifles? Is it just change the adapter at the end of the hose and use it for an Evanix rifle?
Any experience with it compared to Hill pumps for quality?

You can indeed use the Disco pump for any PCP you'd like,,, just have to have the correct adapters/fittings.   As for the quality comparison between Disco pump and the Hill........ the Hill is the winner  :)

I use a Disco pump to fill my 850 HPA.  It has a PB tank on it, which all include a Foster fitting.  I use an adapter that attaches to my shop compressor and feeds the pump regulated 30 psi air.  About 6X-8X faster that using the pump stock sucking atmospheric pressure air.  No problems so far.
