Is this scope too big?

As my eyes get older, I find I need more magnification to see the 17 HMR holes.  Maybe the Celestron C-8 is the answer.



PS:  Gene - the server is up to its old tricks again.  Can't attach photos in the usual way.

Tommy, Thats one of the best ideas I have seen in along time?:) I notice the CZ heavy barrel,  I gues that covers any droop issues...  do you use it with a shootin stick or just of the bench?  Tony.

Tommy, let me know how it works, cause I have yet to find a scope big enough that I could see the holes I make at 30 yards...:)

That set-up's missing a tripod....a very strong sturdy one.  A golf cart will come in handy to lug it around too.

Awesome - the flip-up cover, once installed, could provide shade for several shooters.
