Finally got the pesky squirrel! (pictures)
« on: June 06, 2010, 06:08:59 AM »

So the squirrel that has been eluding me for the past couple of days came around again today and I finally got a good opportunity to take him out.  I watched him climb down my fence into the backyard while I was eating lunch and i stopped eating and grabbed the RWS 48.  I loaded a predator and shot for the vitals on the little bugger.  I got him in the stomach and he ran around my yard like a chicken with its head cut off for a few seconds before coming to a stop in the corner of my yard.  I loaded another predator seeing as he was not dead yet and put the cross hairs on his head a pulled the trigger.  I heard a loud whack and looked up to see the squirrel motionless.  Caught him right behind the ear.
