Its stuck
« on: June 06, 2010, 09:44:14 PM »
Hi
Has this happed to anyone ?
the cocking arm on my Quest/B19 has jumped out
of its slot in the piston and found a new home in the
sear latching hole...And go you think I can get it out
pulled it / wiggled it / taped it but it won't move
took the spring out but still no luck...I could hit it out
but how hard do yer hit something before yer do damage..

Any ideas that won't stuff things...??

well nothing stuck for very long when yer have a grinder & cutting disc..
Had to cut the end of the cocking arm & push it out though the piston..
now rebuild the cocking shoe....here my fix/replacement...
just weld it to the arm & a bit of tideing up...
