I had a little time today from work to come by the house. I was looking out the window and saw Mr BT at the base of my feeders eating my sunflower seeds. I don't mind that cause I'm trying to get them to come around more for this season. I noticed one of my feeders were empty so its off to fill them up. When I get top the feeders, I saw one BT ran up the tree. I grabbed the feeder and turned around and set it on top of the new well house. I opened the top off the well house to get to my bag of seed and another BT almost ran between my legs in high gear across the yard. I knew what I was going to find before I even looked. Sure enough, he found the bag and had been pulling seeds though a little hole he made. Man at the pile of empty shells. I cleaned up the mess, taped the hole shut, filled the feeders and moved the seed back to my building. Im going to have to fing a container to keep the seeds in if I keep them at the well house or I'm going to have to start nutting. I will say, he looked like a happy fat little nutter when he ran off. I dont want to shot them right now. I kinda like watching them hang upside down on the feeders eating but dont rade my stash when I am keeping the feeders full.
