WTB Evanix Blizzard in .22
« on: June 08, 2010, 08:19:52 AM »
Am looking for a clean and good working Evanix Blizzard in .22 calibre. Used is just fine as long as it is all working well. A nick or ding is not a problem, just want one to shoot alongside the thumbhole version I have now. Would even go for a thumbhole stock version is it isn't too expensive.

If possible want to beat the PyramydAir price for a used one. So, if you have one and you are looking to get rid of it for something else PM me on it.

Thanks,

ZJ

I purchased this Blizzard from Ted Sokolis in Colorado. It arrived yesterday in good shape. Nice looking rifle. Clean and all works well. I put a scope on it and sighted it in, took four shots to do so.(Had pumped it up to 3000lbs pressure first) Then I shot four more to confirm the sight picture.

Got in the truck and just ahead of a storm stopped at the next farmyard where no one currently lives and I help out shooting ground squirrils and gophers and sat for a couple minutes. A gopher showed his head, about 2 inches visiible and about 20 yards away. I focused on him and shot, one good kill. Another popped his head up about 35 yards away and I had the same result. Now out of pellets in the magazine and the rain had started with the wind picking up so I packed it in and drove back to our place.

The rifle is all Ted said it was. Clean and in good shape and his shipping was prompt, well packed and it got here quickly. The friend I bought this for will be enjoying i for some time to come.
Thanks for the forums and the ad board on it.
