first harvest after tune
« on: May 14, 2007, 12:04:11 PM »
Rolled into the drive today after work and was going to head out to the shop to play with my new baby, the QB78 and a barrel shroud and brake custom made by Gene. They both arrived today and both are super, thank's Gene. It seem's as though my target board has become the new hangout and lookout for the varment's for there on top of it sat one squirrel with one wallnut. Well I thought that this would be a great time to see what the newly tuned camo B3 could do. Crept to the house and grabbed my first born, reborn hehe and chambered a Predator. I slipped into my laundry room where my window blind is at, opened the blind flap and settled in. He was just sitting there on my target pole working away on his wallnut, so I set the crosshair's on em, said a prayer to the airgun God's and let it fly. Direct hit, he hung onto the pole for second and dropped. My outdoor range is 40yrd's from the house to the target board pole, the Predator struck him in the neck. The ol B3 just loves to hunt. Ed

Nice red tailed pole rat Ed,

But I can't see your shooter,, where is it ???

Good shootin buddy, as usual, and GREAT camo job !!

And Ed, do you think that making your targets out of walnuts might have anything to do with the squirrels hanging out there ???

That does not look like an air rifle, it looks like a 1,000 yard sniper rifle.  Ok, I want one, lol.
