A few more birdies today
« on: May 22, 2007, 08:13:33 AM »
My dad tossed out old bread this morning and attracted some starlings.. WOOT for me, I grabbed the AR and went to town on them. Mostly shot from about 30 yards, furthest was around 36-38 yards, using crosman pointed. Its like freakin AP's on birds. one of them didnt know it was hit till about 10 feet in the air, then did a dive bomb towards earth. Most of them never heard it coming, but now I think there getting used to the whisp sound from this gun.

Oh well here is some pics !!

Good shootin! I hates Grackles. Looks like you and I would make great neighbors. Workin together maybe we could rid the neighborhood of them.

The other day I saw bunches of grackles and a couple starlings in a large, freshly mowed area. Every time I went past that area all I could think about was how nice it would be to get permission to sit atop the shed beside that property for about a half hour LOL.
