Managed to fit up the hex shroud it turned out to be a pain.  The B3 to no great surprise has a very inconsistent barrel OD.  Using emery cloth on the lathe it took a couple hours to get it to fit, in retrospect it would have made more sense to just oversize it to 15mm.  Now I have to find a local anodizer after I draw file out the extrusion/tool marks.  Using my limited shooting skills I ran about 20 pellets without the shroud and later with.  The POI moved considerably but it still grouped in a quarter size area at 20 yards.  Thats about normal for me with a springer so far sitting at a bench.

Cheers
Mark

Mark, that look's sweet on the B3, love the hex. How much weight does it put out front, balance wise?. Again, fantastic work. Ed

With a .571 bore through the vast majority of length it weighs very little and isn't hardly noticeable.  My main concern at  this point is the thread on brakes and how they affect accuracy.  Before I get it anodized I want to make sure all the machining is done.  Today unfortunately I couldn't settle down  and was shooting poorer than I usually do so it will have to wait till I can get a better zen like state.

You have got your B-3 looking sweeet Mark. If you can not find anyone to anodize it, maybe a flip flop paint would look good on it.

Can't go the paint route, just wont do to laser engrave properly later ;-).  Hard anodize should also help a bit with handling later on even though its surface only treatment.
