QB78 Shrouds
« on: May 25, 2007, 04:30:47 AM »
I have a standard QB78 in .22 cal and was wondering if a full length shroud can be put on this gun. I know the barrel band would have to be removed. Just wondering if anyone makes a shroud that would cover the complete barrel. Thanks, Gary

Hi Gary and Welcome to the GTA...:) We all are one big family here and really enjoy all the things we do and discuss here. If you look around you will notice our Library is full of interesting links for airgun help and mods. A Mall that is full of merchants that are safe to purchase from and many other things..:) Come often and get in on our posts and ask as many questions as you need..

I make airgun shrouds and muzzle brakes for most all air guns..:) Here is a picture of two different shrouds and muzzle brakes I have made for the QB's..

Best of luck
Gene

Hi Gary and welcome.
If you are outside the USA you should send Portland Jon a PM. He does all the muzzle additions we sell.

Hi Ian

I have to agree with you about Jon's shrouds and muzzle brakes..:) His workmanship is great and they show it in the pictures...:) Also your gallery on your web site shines bright with some beautiful QB's. Love them. Have not seen Chrissy in a while, so tell her to come in and post something...:)

Thanks Ian

Hi Gene, well we only sell the shrouds and THINGS that Jon builds. Every one he has to have the muzzle dimensions for, still if you want the best and fitted for your gun....... They are so much better than anything I've seen off the shelf and well priced too.
Seeing Chrissy later, I'll pass on the message.

Take care

Ian

Hey Ian stop it or my head won't fit through the door.

Like Ian said, LDC's and shrouds are my specialty.
