I know the .22's are all but impossible to find unless you run across one on the classifieds.  As for the .177 caliber version,,, I'll bet if you used heavier pellets it would be an awesome hunter.  Or,,, you could always swap the barrel with a .22 or even a .20 I guess.

I've often thought about ordering the .177 version just to have a "matched pair", but they are a little pricey and there are to many other guns that I also want to order.

All this talk about the 1250 has got me itchin to take mine huntin again.  She hasn't been out of the gun safe in a while  but my next pest session at the duck farm I'm gonna break out the old "arm buster" and kill some varmints.  I'll take a couple of ibuprofen tablets first (for my bum shoulder joints) then I'll fire her up and start shootin.   I'll make sure I post the pics of the mighty beast with her kills.    :)

Nothin gets a varmints attention more than the sound of SUPERIOR FIREPOWER !!!    :)

Look forward to those pix M8.
As for the cocking of the pig no probs there I wasnt bred with the lack of muscle & when I go for possum I normaly walk for 10 hours sometimes go in at sundowm & come out at sunrise so theres no way I'm un-fit & if it starts to hurt my arm then I will have to get stronger I'm to excited bout the power of this gun in .22 to worry bout it's down sides lol.
