Today while trying different pellets, first in my Gamo 440, then B3 #1,
I was being annoyed by a Lumber Bee.
You know those large black bees(aka Bumble Bee) , that bypass lebembdly billion
trees in the woods for one piece of lumber just to drill holes in it.
They do not eat it, just drill it for nests.
Well this pesty bee kept drilling in my porch, adding to his or her
20 or so other holes.
I had two targets set up, one at ten yards and one at 25 yards that I had been shooting.
Then just because I was irritated and the bee was hovering before going into
the latest hole about 15 feet away.
I raised my B3, looked straight at it with open sights and pulled the 50 lb trigger.
One part of the bee flew somewhere and the other part was thrown downward.
I thought well I will be da__ed, nobody will ever beileve this.
I hunted for about ten minutes before I found the lower body part, clean
seperation.
I reached to pick it up and the darn thing STUNG me.
No camera but now B3 #1 has a bee posted.
Every once in a while even a blind sow will find a acorn.
