Our Saskatoon dining lodge has re-created the look and feel of a northwest lodge, filled with beautiful pine wood ceiling beams, wall coverings, and furnishings. Our dining lodge has been known to give our customers a “warm, friendly escape from the hectic city life!”

And each of our wild gametrophies on the wall tells a story of remote mountain streams, fields, and woods.

LODGE SPECIALITIES

Saskatoon features unique and tasty specials that change every two weeks. Enjoy appetizer specials like a mixed sausage appetizer, a combination of wild boar with peppercorn and smoked chicken sausage…or the appetizer portion of hickory grilled Emu, 99% fat free, and served with sauteed mushrooms and onions!

Our Saskatoon special dinner entrees feature unique delicacies like the succulent, hickory grilled Ostrich filet…Elk tenderloin…herb-roasted Pheasant…and wild game pasta! You can spot our weekly specials posted as you enter Saskatoon, and your server will have all of the details, including how each feature is prepared and what it tastes like.

We serve only choice mid-western beef, corn-fed and aged in house...hand carved daily by our lodge chef. Each cut is grilled over live hickory: RARE-cold red center, MEDIUM RARE-warm red center, MEDIUM-warm rich pink top to bottom, MEDIUM WELL-hot with thin pink center, WELL DONE-hot and brown.

Been lucky enough to find a few places over the years that are 'worth' going to.Definately one of them . . .
