Hey David,

Looks interesting, but most of the noise is in the spring and bolt. I'd like to hear some reports on first hand use before I get too excited on this one.

And I know how you feel, Cause St. Peter don't want me, and the devil's afraid to take me. HEHEHE...he

So I guess, I'm just stuck HERE ~WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO BE !!!

Yup, we were discussing that one awhile back, hadn't come out yet though. Someone get her and give us a review on it. :) Ed

That is known as the Shadow RSV in New Zealand. It is a Shadow with slightly shorter barrel and the moderator/sound dampener. Some owners here say it is a lot quieter and others say not so much. I guess its a personal opinion.

Ya I agree with Bill on this one...:) You mostly hear the action, spring and piston over the report anyway. So if they knocked down the report a bit you are still gonna hear the rest.. Anyway, everyone knows how twangy a Gamo is out of the box so I imagine that the good ol boys in NZ are hearing mostly the   power plant noise. Because some are more twangy than others..:) It is kinda rediculous to think you can put a built in moderator on a Gamo and make it quiet.. hehehe.. But with a nice Turbo Tune you will end up with a quieter, smoother and long lasting power plant..

The shooter will still hear the spring and piston, or atleast I did. This past weekend I tried an experiment to see if it was possible on a springer and it worked wonderfully, 10-15ft away almost silent. I have since removed it and cut it up, don't need to get caught with it. It only took 30 min to make, but I will not go into details on how it was done, because we do not need to discuss that type of thing here.

You can pre-order them at PA. I'm going to get one at Midway as soon as they come in cause I only live 30 min. from there. After I shoot a couple hundred rounds through it, I will ship it off to Bob for a T&T.

Sure, no need to discuss that here...just go to the US patent office online and do a search there.
