Been talking with John for a few weeks now about the kind of shroud and muzzle brake he wanted for his new QB78D. After chewing the fat a few times on the phone and emails and pm', I think I have come up with his formula..

It took a bit of hacking and wacking, couple big hammers and a pile driver but I was able to punch it out..hehe Here ya go John.. Your first look. Let me know if you want me to put it in the round file next to my bench and start over..

By the way this is composed of 6061 aluminum tubing and solid round bar. Delrin inserts at each end of tube for secure fit and will not scratch barrel when slid on. Set to 0 tolerance on all pieces..
